Working with internal stakeholders to design, expand and deliver all training and development programs based on corporate training needs assessment.
Deliver and facilitate training via live classroom and web/video conference 
Working with the Business Unit Leaders and HR Business Partners to analyze skills gaps and solve specific development needs.
