In my last role, I relished the diverse responsibilities, which included working closely with managers and employees to identify and bridge critical learning gaps, all while championing a culture of learning through effective communication channels like companywide newsletters, community meetings, content hubs, and email updates. Additionally, I managed learning and apprenticeship needs, coordinated L&D requests, and liaised with external suppliers to ensure that training was relevant, professional, and cost-effective.
