Over the past 9 years, I’ve helped SMEs in many different sectors to grow and to communicate in a more engaging and winning way with their clients. My business, Loxley, is dedicated to showing companies how they can significantly enhance their social media following – and use that to build social proof, elevate their brand and win new work, both by using organic social media and Facebook and LinkedIn ads. I really enjoy helping clients to build their businesses and they appreciate my collaborative style and sense of fun. Clients typically find me to be flexible, positive and very tenacious. I thrive on a deadline and am never fazed by the short timeframes that SMEs often work to. The commercial skills and business know-how that I employed in my previous role to beat sales targets and be part of a team that successfully won a number of large bids enables me to deliver insightful consultancy within diverse environments. My personal love of travel and art translates into my belief in the business benefits of ‘adventurous’ vision and strategic direction. I'm passionate about encouraging my clients to explore new horizons – to try new approaches, experience different things, appreciate other perspectives. The results are often truly eye-opening.
