Assisted the Creative Scheduling Manager and General Manager of Daily Productions with the preparation and management of creative schedules and planning, maintains and regularly updates the daily Production Schedule, which is a top-view schedule of daily shows and contents of AIM’s productions happening in the EXPO 2020’s Al Wasl premise. Generates and distributes Production Schedule through QR codes for easy reference. Monitors and updates the Tally Sheet of Creative shows and contents on a daily basis to track the numbers of produced shows and contents played in the Al Wasl with the approval of the EXPO 2020 Events Management. Maintains list of all AIM staff and casts and assists the Administrator with the preparation of documentation by scanning, printing, and filing for reference (passport copies, visa pages, and medical insurance information). Data entry and management which includes reviewing errors and conflicts and advising of unusual findings. Maintains and updates Show Books with up-to-date creative and technical elements such as printing and filing of approval pages. Prepared the Creative Scheduling Manual template for use in future projects.

Improved the department's processes by creating, proofreading, and editing the Process and Procedures manual. Researched data for Manager and generated reports using WebSap. Supervised and coached on-the-job trainees and junior staff with office tasks. Data-entry of crew qualifications in the IOB System. Additional post as Crisis Support Unit Planner to help the company’s Crisis Management team in tracking and maintaining VPs and Managers’ attendance records in Disruption training, workshops, and refreshers and plots future training needs which helped in curbing the operational disruption in the company. 
Key achievements: 
-Reduced monthly office supplies cost by 50% by conducting and monitoring the inventory, use of generic brands, introduced recycling, discontinued requisition of rarely used supplies
-Improved security on the department's SharePoint access by taking over the administrative authority and updating all access by removing other unauthorized ones, creating groups for specific read-only and contribute access, and changing access level of some libraries that should only be seen by our department, and by being the focal point for providing access to the site. It improved the tight security and protection of valuable information by 100%
-Resolved more than 300 emails of bid clarifications and complaints from cabin crew on a monthly basis with exceptional customer service and exceeding targets, reducing the flooding of mailbox by 100% 
-Introduced and implemented the Master Bulletin Tracking List to track the bulletins issued and withdrawn. The new process enhanced the workflow by 100% efficient and effective as it easily shows us when a bulletin was published, withdrawn, re-published, and if a bulletin needs to be incorporated in the manual, and when it will be due for removal. This reduced searching time by 90%.

Crew Logistics Coordinator-Business Support

Edited Training Manuals with high attention to detail for timely publication. On-time publication of 10-20 training materials and training rosters to Tridion to ensure non-disruption of daily flight crew training. Enrolled pilots on Learning Management System for online training modules. Trained temporary staff to handle the digitalization of all training forms of more than 2500 Flight Crew ensuring veracity of digital integrity. Provided administrative support to all Airbus and Boeing Training Managers. Trained and supervised On-Job-Trainees and junior staff with office work processes and Flight Operations Training Systems. Prepared training materials and conducted briefing for all pilots undergoing training and promotion. Audited operating manuals and LIDO charts in the simulators and classrooms of all Emirates Training Colleges to ensure compliance on regulated airline manuals were maintained, replacing outdated ones in collaboration with the Technical Resource Library of Emirates Engineering, and Aeronautical Services Dept. 
 
Key achievements: 
Chosen as the main lead of the Documentum project on liaising with IT experts on the department’s requirements on the integrity of the digitalization of training forms of more than 2500 plus Flight Crew. This freed up 50% manpower time of staff when processing and retrieving training records of all Flight Crew.
