I developed a one-of-a-kind, unique agile transformation roadmap blueprint leveraging the pillars of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) to enable successful discovery, formulation and test automation throughout the software product development lifecycle with the result of transforming existing human behaviors towards a customer experience and outcomes-driven delivery mindset. My passions are utilising my extensive knowledge of framework methodologies assisting clients in maintaining a competitive edge, understanding their role in making Lean Agile successful in their organisations, and building high functioning teams.
