- Participate in discovery sessions with global clients;
- Review and implement client's compensation plans;
- Communicate effectively with global clients via email, conference calls or on-site meeting;
- Document requirements and transform them into technical solutions; 
- Create reports, dashboards and various analysis using multiple software tools;
- Closely work with the client to understand the business needs and future pipeline; 
- Establish priorities with the client and coordinate the internal team to meet short and long term goals;
- Plan out weekly activities, monitor progress and decide course of action for internal team;
- Provide training to the sales force teams on how to use the portal interface;
- Work with the company's on boarding team to provide training and guidance to new hires.

- Develop processes to validate that configuration meets requirements;

- Create processes to facilitate users' access on the portal view;
- Provide training to the clients' team of analysts on how to use the portal interface.
