As a freelance trainer and agile coach at butterflying.de i like to bring my environment playfully with my knowledge and experience again and again a step forward - from the caterpillar to the butterfly. Different formats for learning trips, starting with the annual agile Game Night Bodensee to make agility playfully tangible, to a monthly (agile) game evening and an agile self-management journey with self-learning courses in the form of gamified workbooks are in my bouget of flowers for you. In addition, I am active as a trainer in the Q 4.0 network on the subject of agile learning in IT training. Together with my Scrum Master colleague and experienced skipper Steffen Reinelt, I developed Scrum On Board. In this format, we want to offer teams an environment with real challenges in which the effectiveness of Scrum can be experienced with all senses.
