👋 Hi, I’m Claudia, your partner for creating positive change - in work, in life and for the planet. I’m best known for empowering people, teams and organisations working in climate and social justice to become more confident, resilient and successful in their work. I do that by helping them develop their own strengths and building emotional literacy and mental fitness together. Why do I do what I do? I woke up to the extent of the climate and biodiversity crisis after I stepped back from corporate tech during the pandemic, to become a Positive Psychologist and Coach. Once out of the hussle, I could no longer not see what we are doing to our planet and future generations, all in the pursuit of growth, individual happiness and technological advancements. I have come to sit with many new questions, two of which I ponder nearly every day: 💭 What does enough look like? 💭 Just because we can, do we need to?
