•	Onboarded Lead translators and vendors’ team members to the program
•	Updated onboarding guides and training materials to ensure consistency and accuracy in alignment with client guidelines

As a reviewer, implemented linguistic audits to improve Help, UI, API, Marketing, Glossary and Legal translations per client quality expectations, including performing cultural adaptation and transcreation.

•	Supported 6 sub-vendors (LSPs) and 11 pt-BR freelancer linguists across a 9.5 year period

•	Assessed quality through examination of product and component reports, optimizing content distribution among linguists and suggesting changes to content split rules
•	Communicated with the client's Language Manager, review vendor’s linguists, and various stakeholders
•	Developed linguistic tests to evaluate the performance of the client's AI service
