I am friendly and dedicated Continuous Provision Lead in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). My role is to ensure a vibrant and stimulating learning environment that nurtures the curiosity and development of our young learners.

As a Continuous Provision Lead, I bring a wealth of creativity and innovation to the table. I am passionate about designing and maintaining engaging learning areas that promote independent exploration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. With a keen understanding of the EYFS framework, I strive to create a balanced and inclusive curriculum that meets the unique needs of each child.

I love collaborating with fellow educators, parents, and caregivers to ensure a seamless learning experience for our little ones. By implementing play-based activities, I encourage children to explore and discover the world around them through hands-on experiences. I carefully observe their interests and abilities to tailor the learning environment, resources, and activities accordingly.

My goal is to create a safe, secure, and nurturing space where children feel excited to learn and develop essential skills that form the foundation for lifelong learning. I also actively engage with parents, providing them with regular updates on their child's progress and offering guidance on extending learning experiences

Continuous Provision Lead

Teach in classes across the school, demonstrating excellence in professional classroom practice
Assist the SLT in monitoring and reviewing the quality of teaching and learning including assessment, recording, and reporting pupils’ attainment to all statutory bodies
Effectively lead the areas of responsibility developing policy and practice and ensuring effective self-evaluation
Supporting the strategic leadership of the school, contributing to strategic decisions taken by the SLT
Effectively delegate responsibilities to others in the school team, to ensure the successful operations of the areas of responsibility 
Lead by example, be highly driven, motivated and motivate other staff
Support with the development of the school’s improvement plan and help devise strategies for development
Ensure the accurate monitoring of teaching and learning standards within the school
Maintain up-to-date records of teacher standards, CPD undertaken by staff and the impact of training and support programmes on teacher and student performance  
Oversee and support with the training and development needs and requirements of all staff promote career development and opportunities for career progression
Ensure that teachers and other staff have high expectations of what students can achieve
Ensure that teacher subject knowledge is secure and is updated in line with new curriculum requirements  
Ensure that assessment information is used to plan appropriate teaching and learning strategies that enable all students to make good progress and achieve well
Working with subject leaders to monitor, review and plan the most effective provision to support pupil progress in light of progress data
Ensure effective assessment structures are in place across all departments that are clearly mapped into the school’s recording and reporting systems
Work with subject leaders to ensure effective structures are in place to provide reliable and robust assessment data

EYFS & KS1 Cohort Lead

Create and distribute educational materials on mental health.
Develop a wellbeing strategy or utilise wellbeing initiatives to encourage employees to take care of their mental health.
Speak about mental health at school events or during staff meetings.
Provide one-on-one support to employees who are struggling with mental health issues and ensure they understand their rights and any adjustments they are entitled to.

Staff Governor

Contribute to the school’s SMSC policy, vision and development plan.
Make an annual review and assess the SMSC provision against pre-defined indicators. 
Implement systems to monitor and keep track of SMSC across the whole school.
Carry out an initial audit to identify current SMSC strengths and weaknesses.
Deliver (or organize the delivery of) SMSC related training/CPD sessions and training.
Identify advocates or champions who will accelerate SMSC development.
Run whole-school assemblies to highlight the importance of SMSC.
Help staff identify existing activities within their lessons which deliver SMSC values.
Encourage staff to integrate SMSC into their own lesson plans and approaches.
Manage any budget which might be allocated to SMSC and report on its spending.
Involve the SMT and school governors in regular reviews of activity.
Identify and attend conferences and seminars relating to SMSC.
Organize school trips, excursions which incorporate SMSC development
Arrange external visitors whose activities contribute to SMSC development
Purchase, organize and disseminate SMSC resources to teaching staff.
Work with organizations or individuals in the community who can help deliver SMSC.
Liaise with coordinators from other schools to collaborate and share best practice.
Develop cross-curricular projects which incorporate SMSC values.
Write extracts for the school’s newsletter, blog or website which feature SMSC.
Engage with parents and carers through questionnaires, surveys or discussion.
Provide staff, parents and pupils with a mechanism for feedback or suggestions.

SMSC Lead and Staff Voice

Prior's Court Foundation

Member of The Prior's Court Research Programme that was set up in 2019 with the aim of working with partners on research projects which have the potential to further inform our practice and thereby further improve the outcomes for young people at Prior's Court.

Research Board

1) Developing a full Learning Programme for the School divided into seven areas of learning.
2) Creating and delivering engaging teaching sessions, encouraging pupils learning progression and development
(age 10-17).
3) Managing staff within my area, dealing with staffing issues, especially during Covid-19 situation.
4) Working closely with all the teams, therapists, teachers, nurses, safeguards and home managers to make sure
all the areas of learning, needs and Young people welfare are covered.
5) Mentoring new starters and making sure they have a smooth transition into the organisation
6) Organising performance reviews every term and 1:1 meeting every other week with teachers and support workers.
7) Working with parents and staff to improve student behavioural and learning issues with proactive
approaches.
8) Working together with local authorities and families to get the best outcomes for our Young people
9) Attending conferences about the new OFSTED system and applying it within the school learning programme
10) Analysing data and sharing with my team to find the possible gaps of learning and re-assess the students when
its applicable
11) Facilitating the Young people’s review were all the key staff come together and share all the YPS progress

Special Education Teacher

1)	Teach literacy, social science, numeracy, creative expression as well as physical education skills to all primary school students.
2)	Develop students’ abilities, interests and coordinate through mode of creative activities.
3)	Present subject matter utilizing range of teaching materials and techniques.
4)	Guide discussions and supervise work in class.
5)	Test and analyze students for customized progress in oral and written work.
6)	Enforce personal development by supporting students to utilize and develop capabilities.

9)	Conduct extra-curricular activities like supporting school concerts, sport, excursions along with special interest programs.

11)	Manage and run the HRIS software of the organization, and make sure it’s updated.
12)	Assist the HR manager in managing and administrating the HR budget.

Human Resources Specialist

I have an impressive track record of working for over 9 years in ASD schools, where I have excelled in both teaching and leadership roles. My passion for supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder is evident through my dedication and commitment to this field.

Beyond my teaching responsibilities, I have also taken on mentoring and coaching roles, helping to guide and nurture new teachers entering the ASD education sphere. My experience and expertise have been instrumental in shaping the next generation of educators, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively engage and educate students with autism.

Through my combined experiences in teaching, leadership, mentoring, and coaching, I have contributed significantly to the growth and success of both pupils and fellow educators. My positive impact has not only enriched the lives of individuals with ASD but has also strengthened the overall ASD education community. My continued passion for this work is commendable and serves as an inspiration to others in the field.
