Corrently, I'm responsible for expand relationships with government agencies and non-profit institutions to build new possibilities for partnerships and initiatives for academic, social and security actions in order to provide beneficial impacts to people (employees, partners and, above all, our customers); Raise human resources for a fairer society from the equality and social equity standpoint; Work to generate new opportunities from academic and professional standpoint; also create a partnership space; collaboration; dialogue and good relationships in favor of a fairer society; Until May2023, I had been working in the security industry for the last 20 years. I joined Carrefour in early 2021 as Director of Corporate Security, Risks, Food Safety & Quality, EHS and Loss Prevention. Responsible for operations in Brazil including leadership of over 2,500 employees and several suppliers. Working to support internal and external clients in order to provide security solutions, risk management, as well as working hard to identify vulnerabilities and so to avoid losses and consequently impact on the business. Also working to ensure the products that go to the table of our customers are absolutely safe and total quality and finally a humanized security culture as the main priority, thus guaranteeing the cordiality and high satisfaction of our customers. Over the years I have built long term relationships with key security professionals from major global corporations by participating in the industry relevant organizations as OSAC and ASIS. Prior to joining Carrefour, I have led the Corporate Security Department for large corporations such as HP, IBM, Experian throughout Latin America and G4S. I was in charge of security personnel in the areas of vulnerability and threat assessments, executive protection, crisis management, risks analysis, investigations, physical security as well as personal security for expats and their families. Also providing appropriate advices for business from Risk and corporate security standpoint.
