The goal is to keep the path of distribution and documentation as short as possible. I work with methods that show results in practice - Does the number of documentation, parts needed to be involved and outcome match. As part of an environment division, my focus is also on past, present and future within environmentally hazardous substances. It affects the potentiel for keeping our ressources in a loop. Thats why i am excited about working with the ministry of environment and several municipality networks in order til define regulations and limit values and ressource flows. In addition i have great interest in working with people. In my role as project manager, i plan for flexibility in organisation, time for quality in execution and opportunities for curiosity. The strongest motivator is passion and influence. I aspire to get more possibilites of having employee responsibilities and together develop new skills and knowledge. I have been a big part of starting up a unit in Aarhus. I have helped build up contacts across several business units within the company, created and maintaned strong relations to our clients. It gave the company a broader list of tasks and clients, that made it possible to grow. Now we have added additional 3 employees, and a 4th coming soon. Furthermore a new department have been established, to provide further opportunities for growth.
