Head of Enablement

• Led sales enablement operations to support ~100+ members of the sales and marketing team, collaborating with the CRO and sales managers to empower the sales team from the moment they enter Allvue’s door, through their first sale, and upskilling throughout their journey 
• Own sales tools strategy which supports prospecting and revenue generating activities for all roles on the sales team (inclusive of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Creditflux, Preqin, RPFio, ZoomInfo, etc.)
• Partnered with internal training team to standardize foundational product and industry training for all current and future employees to take as core component to their onboarding
• Designed and led implementation of Challenger Sales Methodology for entire sales org in a transformational, executive-backed program which was maintained as part of culture through scalable onboarding and foundational learning for all future sales new hires
• Co-Managed Business Development Program after sudden manager departure – developing early career programming, training them to successful build pipeline through cold outreach and partner with Account Executives. Monthly team quotas were exceeded for all 6 months of my leadership
• Led onboarding of all new hires entering the sales program inclusive of sales process training, certification milestones, value selling coaching, and working with sales managers to develop custom learning plans
• Worked with Vista Consulting Group as the Sales Lead in delivering customized value selling training to sales org over an intensive 10 week program, managing cross functional stakeholders and creating strategic materials to aid sales in client calls and to accelerate onboarding
