Description of Position and Responsibilities:

* Act as a reference in DevSecOps processes, implementing and managing solutions such as SAST and DAST.
* Manage infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment (e.g. AWS, GCP and Azure).
* Document the platform's automations as well as those that have already been developed.
* Assisting in the analysis of system specification requirements and their functional testing after implementation.
* Monitoring, detecting and responding to automation and information security incidents, acting on any troubleshooting in the client's environment.
* Drawing up automation documents and analyses, such as architectures, applications, infrastructures, policies, standards and procedures.
* Defining improvements to automation processes to improve the level of maturity and related controls.
* Supporting activities related to functional testing and/or Pentest of the platform.
* Assisting in the analysis of system specification requirements.
* Monitoring, detecting and responding to information security incidents, working on any troubleshooting in the client's environment.
* Creating and maintaining information security playbooks.
* Risk and vulnerability analysis.
* Preparation of information security documents and analyses, such as architectures, applications, infrastructures, policies, standards and procedures.
* Defining improvements in information security processes to improve the level of maturity and related controls.
* Monitoring the market, news and other information on information security in order to write periodic reports and develop.
* Carry out and/or monitor proofs of concept on new technologies and/or ideas.
* Perform tests, diagnose faults and debug the platform to optimize performance, availability and security.
* Prepare, deliver and participate in training, lectures and events for its own development or to support clients.
* Supporting activities related to Pentest.

DevOps Engineer

* DevSecOps
* Managing the entire Cloud infrastructure
* Managing and supervising employees in the DevOps sector
* Managing the performance of consultancies hired to support the DevOps sector
* Architecting infrastructure modifications
* Designing how much load the environments can support so there are no service interruptions
*Ensuring High Evaluability (HA) throughout the environment through good downtime practices
*Developing the team, promoting discussions, training, and 360 assessments whenever necessary
*Assisting other Tech Leads in the design of new products, offering a support point for the proposed software architectures

Designed and implemented capacity plans to ensure uninterrupted service for critical environments.
Ensured High Availability (HA) following industry best practices to maintain system stability.
Fostered team development through facilitating discussions, providing training, and conducting evaluations.
Collaborated with Tech Leads in designing secure software architectures for new products.

DevOps and Cyber Security Tech Lead

I currently lead the Cyber Security and DevOps team at a fintech, focusing on routines ranging from DevSecOps to Blue Teamer Management.

Among my main tasks are: Identifying security holes in the entire Cloud structure, code and CI/CD; Managing all Cloud resources on AWS; designing new features and resources to be implemented in DevOps, Monitor, maintaining, documenting and creating Disaster Recovery strategies.
