My name is Cliff Ritter, and I am currently a Recruiter at UAB Medicine. I have eight years of recruiting experience, spending time in both staffing and corporate environments, with a focus on Engineering (IT), Sales, Healthcare, Marketing, Corporate Risk Management, Compliance Consolidation, Mortgage Banking, Commercial Banking & Wealth Management Consolidation, Business Development. Though my title may indicate that I only do traditional recruiting, I also want to expand my next company's focus to include graduates from bootcamp cohorts who may not have had the "traditional" career path.
