I have extensive construction experience in various capacities. I am currently part of CP Distributors Procurement Team as a Purchaser. Working within our team, I purchase Specialties, wood doors and processing vendor returns and warranties. Prior to this, I was a Production Administrator at Madero Doors & Hardware. I managed the daily receiving of purchase orders into their ERP system, issue credits where warranted, processed RGA's into the ERP system and purchase order management with vendors. Prior, I worked with Award Windows who was later purchased by Gienow Windows and Doors who later amalgamated with PlyGem. My capacities consisted of starting as a Recruiting & Training Coordinator and then a Customer Service Rep and finally working as their Supply and Install Coordinator. I also have extensive exposure to areas of recruitment, training, re-organization and employee relations as an HR Generalist. A seasoned professional having extensive top level exposure in areas of employee development, training and workforce planning.
