I have extensive construction experience in various capacities. I am currently part of CP Distributors Procurement Team as a Purchaser. Working within our team, I will be purchasing Specialties, wood doors and processing vendor returns and warranties. Prior to this, I was a Production Administrator at Madero Doors & Hardware. I managed the daily receiving of purchase orders into their ERP system, issue credits where warranted, processed RGA's into the ERP system and purchase order management with vendors. Prior, I worked with Award Windows who was later purchased by Gienow Windows and Doors who later amalgamated with PlyGem. My capacities consisted of starting as a Recruiting & Training Coordinator and then a Customer Service Rep and finally working as their Supply and Install Coordinator. I also have extensive exposure to areas of recruitment, training, re-organization and employee relations as an HR Generalist. A seasoned professional having extensive top level exposure in areas of employee development, training and workforce planning. My broad based professional background have provided me with valuable skills that are easily transferable to any organization and workplace environment.
