- Oversee global studio project timelines and resourcing, identifying potential instances of under/overutilization, and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues

- Oversee process, timeline, and budget for all case studies and award shows
- Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and submitting necessary assets for case study development and award show needs
