Sanitation First is a UK based charity providing sustainable WASH services to the poorest of the poor communities
•	Major contributor in spearheading the transformation strategy of Sanitation First from a technical service provider to an international non-profit focused on water, women and world
•	Principal in managing multi-donor, multi-currency grants through donor stewardship, establishment of enterprise risk management protocols and ongoing monitoring.
•	Increased funding from a single donor to multiple national and international corporate, UN, academic and institutional donors resulting in a 450% increase in fund flow to the organization.
•	Led the development of India’s first container-based sanitation safety plan in collaboration with WHO.
•	Developed the comprehensive Happy Periods curriculum that covers menstrual health awareness and education through the entire lifecycle of women, for women, men, sanitation workers and communities.
•	Led the India team to win several awards and recognitions provided by State and Central Governments, NGOs and other non-profit organisations.

LEBARA FOUNDATION

•	Lebara Foundation is the non-profit philanthropic arm of the Lebara Group in the UK. 
•	Led the implementation of the India Country Programme focused on nutrition, health, education, and WASH for displaced and vulnerable children in ten states through thirty implementing partners 
•	Built strategic partnerships with State Governments, UN agencies, diplomatic entities, key medical institutions 
•	Pursued programme and policy advocacy in anaemia among children and lactating mothers, urban nutrition, and stunting in children due to poor sanitation.
•	Served as local host & successfully led several Student Exchange and Employee volunteering programmes between UK and India
•	Recruited the entire governing board and handled their orientation and development.
•	Managed the distribution of grants to the tune of INR 6 crores annually

British Council

•	•	Led strategic management of resources for South India Directorate, managing over 1500 HR contracts comprising of local and international staff, consultants, temps, part time & hourly paid teachers, examiners and invigilators.
•	Key player in managing the 2015 restructuring - led communication, counselling, transitions, resettling staff, and management of assets & contracts. 
•	Managed 65000 square feet of diplomatic premises. Achieved first position in India in carbon footprint savings of 40% in a year.
•	Led the Diversity, Security & Child protection initiatives for the Council, liaisoning with specialist agencies and internal stakeholders.
•	Managed high profile events such as Education Summits and Education UK events for students liaisoning with multiple stakeholders.

International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH)

•	•	Led the registration of the I-TECH, U/W as a society in India. Identified and recruited Board members, staff, curriculum developers and medical professionals.
•	Handled transition from international consultancy contracts to local contracts through market survey and compensation benchmarking.
•	Built partnerships with the TANSACS, Government of Tamil Nadu, APAC/USAID, Engender Health Society, WHO – SEARO, UNICEF, IL & FS and World Vision 
•	Ran the India training centre, handling all areas of operation of a one year residential fellowship programme for medical doctors.
•	Won the Fiscal Excellence award among fourteen countries for best fiscal management.
