The Energy Savings Industry Association (ESIA), rebranded 30 July 2018, is the peak national, independent association representing and self-regulating businesses that are accredited to create and trade in energy efficiency certificates in market-based energy efficiency schemes in Australia. These activities underpin the energy savings schemes which facilitate the installation of energy efficient products and services to households and businesses. Members represent the majority of the energy efficiency certificate creation market in Australia. Schemes are established in Vic, NSW, SA and ACT. Members also include product and service suppliers to accredited providers within the schemes. As well, the ESIA represents member interests in national initiatives that include energy efficiency.

At Ecovantage, excellence and customer service are our key drivers. As the newly appointed Business Development Manager, my key responsibilities are: 
- Undertake a sector analysis focusing on identifying service gaps and development of new products.
- Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve performance targets and objectives that will support growth in market share.
- Identify new business opportunities within the NSW Energy Savings Scheme.
- Facilitate and communicate the benefits of energy efficiency to clients and partners.
- Develop, build and maintain a strong network of technology providers to ensure that Ecovantage is always providing its customers the latest solutions to reduce their energy costs.
- Guide existing and new partners through the changes within the NSW Energy Savings Scheme. 
- Delivering on Ecovantage's sales & business development plans for short mid and long term.
- Facilitate the uptake of existing green finance tools such as the EUA (Environmental Upgrade Agreement) to multi-million dollars energy efficiency projects.
- Deliver energy efficiency solution propositions to existing and potential new customers
- Identify new business trends within the industry with a view to developing new services and products.
- Help Ecovantage becomes the number 1 ESCs creator in NSW by identifying new energy savings methodologies and driving internal innovation.

Business Development Manager

Recently promoted to NSW Operations Supervisor at Ecovantage. The role incorporates managing energy efficient lighting upgrades, purchasing and stock management, scheme's compliance and business partnerships.
	Project managing sales life cycle, from creation of quotes, customer’s engagement, project implementation and compliance.
	Building strategic partnerships with partners and key customers. 
	Implementation of efficiency measures throughout Ecovantage’s supply chain. 
	Working on a project management level elaborating operational budgets such as stock/inventory, installation costs and profit forecast on a project implementation basis.

NSW Operations Supervisor

- Coordinate the creation of Energy Savings Certificates in relation to the NSW Energy Savings Scheme. Liaise with partners who complete installations of commercial lighting, and other registered products as required, and clients in complying with Ecovantage’s accreditation under the Energy Saving Scheme. 
- Training partners on the process of submitting compliance paperwork based on Ecovantage procedure documents, and IPART legislation
- Assisting in the development of processes and procedures under the scheme
- Execute stringent paper auditing procedures and monitor, review and verify clients work to meet compliance requirements
- Ensuring projects meet legal requirements in accordance with accreditation and legislation
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy in the collection of data and device research

Developed new channels of suppliers reducing costs, improving quality control systems, lowering warranty levels from 3.5% to 0.8% 

Created workshops on sustainable practices with stakeholders to create a 2 way conversation improving business engagement levels
