Whenever I see a coach I’ve trained help a small business owner solve a challenging problem or find a fresh strategy, I feel excited and proud.

Now, I’m part of a ripple effect that spreads success to neighborhoods and communities everywhere. It’s more rewarding than any global project I have ever completed. I’m thrilled to spend my days empowering coaches, who, in turn, help small businesses reach their full potential.

I have taken my decades of experience as a corporate leader at Ford and my journey as a successful entrepreneur and turned it into a mission to help small businesses thrive. In addition to training coaches, I work with a limited number of small business owners, providing them with tailored strategies to grow their revenue and profits. I also maintain licenses with eight states to assist individuals with financial services, including retirement planning and other key areas.
