I remember the day I realized my purpose had changed. I had just wrapped up a big technology project for a global company, and everyone was celebrating. But as the applause died down, I noticed the part I loved most was helping my team become strong, confident leaders. Over time, I realized I didn’t just want to manage large projects. I wanted to share what I’d learned about leadership and see others grow. That’s why I decided to train coaches who focus on helping small businesses. Small businesses have big dreams but often need extra support. By teaching coaches how to guide these owners, I can help spark new ideas and create positive change for more people than I could. Whenever I see a coach I’ve trained help a small business owner solve a challenging problem or find a fresh strategy, I feel excited and proud. Now, I’m part of a ripple effect that spreads success to neighborhoods and communities everywhere. It’s more rewarding than any global project I have ever completed. I’m thrilled to spend my days empowering coaches, who, in turn, help small businesses reach their full potential. I have taken my decades of experience as a corporate leader at Ford and my journey as a successful entrepreneur and turned it into a mission to help small businesses thrive. As the founder of Alden Executive Advisors, I focus on training new and existing business coaches to mentor small business owners. Together, we provide proven strategies and tools to help businesses increase revenue, improve profits, and overcome challenges. My goal is to help as many coaches as possible make a lasting difference in the lives of small business owners, guiding them to achieve real growth and success—one step, one strategy, and one success story at a time. In addition to training coaches, I work with a limited number of small business owners, providing them with tailored strategies to grow their revenue and profits. I also maintain licenses with eight states to assist individuals with financial services, including retirement planning and other key areas. This approach allows me to impact coaches and small business owners meaningfully, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to achieve their goals.
