Hi, I am Ajay Prakash Mishra. Many prefer to call me APM (www.coachapm.com ) I am a tranformational communication coach, trainer & consultant. I help professionals to grow in their career by helping them communicate confidently like a leader. Practically, I have been into training since my childhood. I was only 9 years old when I started taking language lessons for a 56-years-old un-lettered neighbor. After putting daily efforts for a few months, I made my student, probably the first one, reasonably comfortable in reading and writing. My first student bid adieu to the earthly abode in 2012, but memories of him bringing flowers for each of my classes as a token of appreciation still keep my passion for training fresh and alive. I have delivered over 400 workshops and 150 talks in companies, colleges as well as online events. After completing formal education from NIT, Nagpur & Symbiosis, Pune, I chose to work for companies like Adobe, CSC & Hindalco in business roles for 14 years. I also worked for mature start-ups like GroundTruth as Director of Emerging Markets. While handling multinational and Indian clients like Ford, Airtel & Royal Enfield etc, I mastered the art of business communication. Also, during weekends, I kept conducting workshops to keep my passion live. Umpteen number of times, I received Client Management Awards and my teams were selected as the team of the year. I found that the magic of communication with confidence & persuasion works so well. Confident of my soft skills capabilities & rich corporate work experience of 14 yrs, I took a leap of faith and resigned from my full-time job from Adobe in 2017 and started serving colleges, corporate and professionals as a communication skills trainer, consultant, and coach. My clients get such a high positive impact from my training that I get 85% of my new clients by referral. I could achieve this success, because of my honest, impactful, result-driven approach towards the client's success, blessings of beloved ones, and good karma.
