In my current role, I oversee 100+ projects, drive software implementations and transformations, communicate regularly with stakeholders, supervise daily operations, generate project documentation, collaborate with vendors for cost-effective digital solutions, and develop innovative automated software for the automotive industry.

◾ Executed end-to-end delivery of over 100 projects with a value range of $10K to $3M that facilitated the implementation of software, eCommerce solutions, and digital transformations for major enterprise clients and car manufacturers, achieving significant business impacts.

◾ Pioneered the integration of the Vehicle Database Management system, which involved converting over 50K inventory data for major enterprise clients such as GM and Al Masaood Nissan, leading to the successful contract of a $1 million online project.

◾ Managed and accomplished the Mercedes-Benz digital Programme for 9 MENA Markets, Finland, Ireland, Cyprus, and Morocco, delivering outstanding results.

◾ Launched the inaugural e-commerce platforms in MENA for renowned brands including Mercedes-Benz, GM, Al Futtaim, Al Tayer Motors, and BMW, achieving a remarkable 30% increase in online vehicle sales. 

◾ Spearheaded the first-ever automotive eCommerce platforms for Toyota, Lexus, Volvo and GAC brands in Qatar, Kuwait, and UAE, resulting in a 25% surge in dealership vehicle sales.

◾ Led a cross-functional project team consisting of Design, CSS, IT, UX, and SEO, successfully launching GMC, Chevrolet, and Cadillac redesign sites across 9 MENA markets. 

◾ Achieved a significant 32% increase in web conversion rates within 6 months of launch.

◾ Formulated and executed a performance enhancement plan for the Al Futtaim Automall website, working in close collaboration with the Automall MD and senior management team daily. The objective was to deliver a superior MENA used car website.

◾ Optimized the issue resolution performance, resulting in a remarkable 20% reduction in rejected tickets, and an outstanding customer satisfaction score increase from 4.7 to 4.9 out of 5.

◾ Demonstrated exceptional project management skills by earning the prestigious ‘Players Player’ award within just 6 months of joining the company.

◾ Designed and executed engaging workshops to elicit requirements and preferences for the user experience. Acted as the product owner for smaller projects, ensuring successful delivery.

◾ As the 'queen of software,' I aided in the agile/delivery transformation by creating a new delivery framework, project templates, and training the team on SAAS product enhancements.
