I have worked for Corporates for 12+ years, wherein I mentored and trained more than 3500+ New hires & Middle-level managers and helped them get ready for the next level of their careers. As a Coach, I have worked with many Professionals and helped them work on their skills - be it related to performance, knowledge gaps, or motivation levels. Major issues that I identified were: - Lack of sense of direction - Misalignment between actions and goals - Mindset barriers - Skill mismatch - No clarity on the expectations from Management Most of the solutions address the symptoms not the cause. Then began my quest to create a sustainable and long-lasting solution which will empower professionals at different stages in their career. And I came up with my custom-made programs for students, early and mid-career Professionals, based on the 3 A framework: - Awareness - Acceptance - Action And the journey of Career Growth Coaching began!
