Back then I was the first Chinese coworker in IT department who was offered a position without even a face-to-face interview. In 2014, against all the odds I received an offer for my first leadership role as an incident manager. People were surprised as I was the quiet one among the many applicants. In 2017, I was appointed as team manager for a global IT infrastructure team. As the youngest and only Asian woman on the leadership team, I started my journey of leading an international engineering team with 22 coworkers in Sweden, America, China, and India. In 2022, I successfully changed my career path from IT to HR. I am forever grateful for people who trusted me with this opportunity even though I had no academic background or experience in the field. I used to be a Japanese teacher, a guest teacher in a Chinese university and a leadership mentor in a Swedish University. ✨Empowering people through coaching and mentoring is my greatest passion. I am an International Coaching Federation certified professional coach and I am also holding an associate certificate for Neuro-linguistic programming coaching and a certification on Emotional Intelligence. I have coached clients from 15+ countries. I specialize in helping introverts with better communication and social skills. ✨I believe in lifelong learning and "knowledge is only power when applied" so I apply what I learn and share them with people I come across. ❤️Business aside, I have a big passion for supporting the children in the world 🌍to live a better life with a safe environment, clean water 💧, sufficient food, and good health care.
