Entrepreneur at the intersection of sport and social impact With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing for social impact, I am passionate about creating and scaling innovative solutions for positive change. As the Co-Founder of Media Cause, I led the growth of a successful agency that served hundreds of mission-driven organizations across the globe, from the UN to NRDC. I also developed and managed our talent, processes, partnerships, and sales strategies, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Tufts University, I share my insights and lessons learned from founding and exiting a company with aspiring innovators and entrepreneurs. I also mentor and coach students on how to launch and grow their ventures, and design and implement co-curricular programs that foster a culture of creativity and collaboration. Additionally, I pursue my own entrepreneurial interests in various fields, such as sport culture, sports tech and local startups. Currently, I am the Director of Team/Program Development for Women's Softball at Boston College, where I apply my skills and knowledge in sports administration, talent development, and digital marketing to support and enhance the program. I am always open to new opportunities and challenges that align with my values and goals.
