-	Compounding Polymers

» Is responsible for the commercialization of Circular/Recycled polyethylene (Marlex® Anew™)
» Is responsible for improving the profitability of product portfolio.

Polyethylene Marketing Manager

The International Sales Planning Manager for CPCHEM’s polyethylene business:

» Facilitates global Sales & Operations Planning meetings and supervises regional S&OP’s to optimize the supply and demand balance of all PE resins from all sources.
» Is responsible for developing a global production plan for all polyethylene platforms, in consultation with the sales regions (Americas, LATAM, EMEA, Asia) and joint venture partners.
» Is responsible for developing a detailed global marketing plan consistent with the production plan for each location, while coordinating with the regional sales organizations for EAME, Asia, and LATAM.
» Is responsible for developing optimum inventory targets for each warehousing location around the globe in consultation with the PE Inventory Planner.
» Leads efforts to ensure the polyethylene “order to cash” business processes and systems (pricing, supply chains, customer service quality, etc.) are optimized.
» Continuously monitors relevant economic and market trends to understand and react to strategic shifts and drivers in Polymers markets globally.
» Builds and utilizes economic models to assist in optimizing global manufacturing and marketing networks to maximize profit margins while maintaining good equity partner and JV relationships.

» Leading and coordinating annual sales, revenue & profit budgets
» Developing & maintaining market intelligence and business benchmarking tools/reports
» Supervising monthly Sales & Operations Planning (balancing supply & demand - guiding production)

The EMEA Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Specialist is responsible for:

» Planning sales and operations for Polymer division (PE/PP/PS/K-Resin) in EMEA region
