Public health supply chains in developing countries are awash in data for the first time in history, but the value of this data has not yet been fully realized and incorporated into daily operations for a host of reasons. This leads to more costly, less effective health programs.

Crosscut seeks to give health programs an easy way to use complex data to solve specific problems, either in Crosscut’s app or directly in their existing systems.

I started a street vendor storage and supply company from the ground up in early 2009.  Food Chain was a social enterprise that provided a better selection of food options for the hard-working immigrant food cart vendors in D.C.  We also offered a timeshare commercial kitchen to various food trucks, food carts, and start-up caterers in the D.C. area.

LEDC is a non-profit whose mission is to assist low-income entrepreneurs with launching and financing their small businesses.  I was responsible for a $500K annual program budget, over $1M in commercial loans outstanding, and over $2M in development construction.  I led a team of six in various consulting, lending, and retail construction projects.  I gained significant financial analysis, commercial loan underwriting and project management experience while in this position.
