My passion is technology, with a talent for crafting architecture and software that solves a critical need or drives business growth. I excel as a force multiplier by building and leading highly capable teams whose sum is much greater than its parts. I thrive on seeing teams pull together to break through ambiguity when presented with a goal that has no clear solution path. I have seen teams repeatedly “rise to the occasion” against insurmountable barriers by combining passion and leadership with technical expertise and continual forward movement. I'm comfortable in a variety of environments, having founded and built a small business from the ground up to leading multiple teams in a Fortune 100 company. Evolving to my current role of owning a tech division in a Fortune 5 company. I don’t jump at short term opportunities and instead believe in the mantra of “build your legacy” by investing in people and inspire by example. I've had the privilege of working for and with business titans from around the world and not only receive mentorship but also impart key learnings from my own experience.
