Innovative tech start-up in food and groceries delivery market. Reported to Growth and Commercial Director but have also reported to several C-suite leaders (including CEO).

Was initially hired as a contractor to advise and implement new CRM platform to support rapid growth plans and took full time manager role following 3 month period. Built key automated CRM workflows and promotional campaigns through personalised multichannel strategies (email, SMS, push, in-app message and telemarketing) to improve customer retention and CLV. Led key business initiatives to derive the most value from our CRM technology and build high value customer experiences.

Key achievements included: 
Led Braze implementation and onboarding project with key stakeholders from Product, BI, Tech and SLT

Managed cross departmental CRM campaign planning process with Marketing, Commercial and Ops.

Recruited and led 2 senior CRM executives and as a team, we were able to increase CRM direct revenue by more than 200% YoY (Jan 2022- Jan 2023)

Also led the commercial team (2 direct reports) in conjunction with CRM and delivered a 10% increase in AOV during H2 2022

CRM Manager

B2B Tech SaaS provider offering psychometric assessments to the recruitment sector. Reporting to the CMO and responsible for a Business Development Executive.

The role was to generate new ICP leads in key industries using outbound prospecting and CRM campaigns whilst enabling sales to drive revenue with new and existing customers. Highlights include:

Built an automated lead funnel strategy that supported sales and marketing teams in attribution modelling and driving opportunites through to deal stage. 

Created and delivered a new lead re-engagement email campaign for lapsed contacts which was personalised with engaging content pieces on the recruiting challenges faced by HR individuals. Compared to H1 results, we saw an increase of 43% in open rate and 75% in click rate.

Introduced data validation processes across our customer data which saw us reduce email bounce rate from 20% to 3% on outbound sourced leads.

Senior CRM Manager

UK office of global hearing care provider. Turnover of circa £40 million.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, my role was focused on creating multichannel CRM programs (DM, Phone, Email, SMS) for new leads, prospects and existing customers. Owned database of 2,000,000 contacts.

Highlights include:

Developing and impementing 10 core multichannel CRM campaigns that aimed to re-engage with approximately 130,000 lapsed customers. During Q4 2018, these campaigns created an incremental £1.3 million revenue from our existing customer sales.

Created personalised promotion campaign using RFM modelling across our existing customer base. This delivered the highest monthly revenues for repeat purchases for over 2 years.

Demon Tweeks

Responsible for managing email campaign plans across three brands (Demon Tweeks, Tweeks Cycles and Uber Kids)
With the support of an email marketing executive, produced roughly 75-80 individual campaigns per month.
Collaborating with brand and design/UX teams to design and build relevant and responsive email campaigns.
Creation of monthly email performance reports via Dotmailer and Google Analytics for brand and senior management teams.
Development of HTML and CSS within templates to include fixes for various mobile devices and additional styling.
Segmentation of lead and customer databases based on demographic, behavioural and transactional data.
Expansion of marketing automation program plan (in line with implementation of Magento platform)

Successes

Streamlined and centralised the design and review process across the company allowing us to increase our email frequency and manage changes more effectively
Increase daily database growth for the company from an average of 6 per day to over 150 per day.
Improved overall sender reputation for all three brands through increased open to click through rates.
On target to finish on 30% growth for direct email revenue compared to 2016.

•	Implemented data validation scoring system, which formulated a percentage based on the population of various key contact details, to analyse quality of top 300 client data records (approx. 2500 contacts).
•	Collaborated with marketing team members, fee earners and business development team to created segmented lists based on campaign strategy and sector specific goals.
•	Unified the new client data process with company-wide guidelines on correct processes to ensure all records are created accurately for all marketing campaigns.

I've worked across several different projects in this role, all of which have given me a wealth of marketing and business knowledge and experience. These projects include:

Development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and 2013 across our sales, marketing and customer service department.

o	Worked in collaboration with our business analysts to gather key company requirements and liaise with our third party developers to customise the 'off the shelf' version in line with our business processes.

Responsible for maintenance of web content through CMS platform (Umbraco) plus SEO and keyword research for optimization of company website.

Implemented email marketing software (Dotmailer) into current company working practices as well as pioneered the use of social media channels such as Twitter and Linkedin.
