Wrote semi annual and annual performance appraisals for all direct reports as well as monthly meetings to discuss performance and development plans.  Acted as branch manager in times of the branch manager’s absence.   Supported team by handling most customer issues and complaints in order to come to a mutually beneficial close on issues.  Coordinated sales efforts for the teller team and set incentive plans to reward employees that attained and exceeded their goals.

Managed all accounts and every aspect of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for a granite fabrication and installation business.  On a daily basis balanced every bank account and reported information to the company owner.  Entered data daily to Quickbooks Online and managed invoices and statements to both customers and vendors.  Acted as collections when payments were overdue.  Coordinated with granite wholesalers and shipping companies worldwide on purchases and payments.  Directed original documents to shipping companies upon arrival of vessels carrying granite products in order to meet Homeland Security and Customs regulations.  Reconciled multiple bank accounts on a monthly basis and analyzed each expense and assigned general ledger accounts. Worked hands on with accountant to verify the accuracy of all tax documents.  Other duties included compiling information and administering payroll for the company, and also preparing 940 and 941 tax documents to be filed.

Responsible for all incoming insurance payments, posted payments to the correct account, contacted insurance companies for conflict resolution, process insurance payments to correct accounts for payment.  Also responsible for hospital rotations involved the verification of money collected from cafeteria, parking lot and pharmacy.  Prepared bank deposits for each of these.  Helped patients with bill payment, problem resolution and verified patient“valuables envelopes” left after hospital stay.  Kept and balanced cash drawer for patients who pay in cash.  Maintained and ordered enough money to supply the pharmacy, gift shop, and cafeteria.
