I’m an experienced Career Coach and Resume Writer who empowers professionals to unlock new career opportunities through strategic storytelling and targeted job search tactics. I launched my career in HR and technical recruiting, building a foundation in talent acquisition and employer branding that has allowed me to help both companies and job seekers thrive. Early on, I honed my skills at companies like SPS Commerce, where I managed recruiting for a global business unit, spearheaded the post-acquisition recruitment strategy, and set a new hiring record. My ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment laid the groundwork for my transition to career coaching and resume writing. In 2021, I formally established The Culture Recruiter, a boutique career services firm dedicated to helping individuals tell their unique career stories and land roles that align with their goals. Through this business, I’ve guided a diverse array of clients—from industry veterans to career changers—on crafting compelling resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and developing strategic job search plans. I’m particularly proud of the impact I’ve had on diverse and underrepresented job seekers, improving their job placement rates and boosting their confidence in the hiring process. Outside my main career, I am a lifelong learner and community advocate. I hold several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Career Coach designations. Additionally, I contribute pro bono career coaching to local organizations, supporting job seekers who face unique challenges and providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
