I was a startup builder and advisor who has launched ventures in web3, healthtech and edtech. As the founder and Director of Culture Amp's Business Operations & Strategy team, I helped the company achieve 10x growth to unicorn status and beyond. In my own startups, I achieved 0 to $100k monthly revenue in 100 days (without outside capital and profitably), secured VC funding, and garnered national press coverage. I started my career in strategy consulting and have an MBA from MIT Sloan. I range from nerding out on min-max problems to passionately growing people and teams to enduring greatness -- ever since my first job as a tutor. And now I get to teach again.
