*Teamed up with the Enginering and Operations departments on a grass roots project. I was responsible for spearheading all new construction efforts concerning Crude oil and Produced water gathering facilities and midstream Pipelines. Tasked with the design and executing the construction of upstream multi well CTBs for Felix Energy. Constructing over 200 plus miles of produced water gathering pipelines for Felix Water and 80 plus miles of crude oil gathering pipelines for Felix Midstream and multitude of facilities. Supervising as many as 20 inspectors and office staff plus 300+ contractor personnel. Managing over $200mm in AFE and capital projects.

Halcon Resources 
*Streamline process for reviewing bids, negotiating pricing for time and materials and selected contractors for jobs, prepared cost numbers for AFE and Capital projects for Oil and Gas multi well pad facility and pipeline projects. Designed the clients current facilities being constructed. Worked a multi role position working as Construction manager, Coordinator, Procurement, Drafting & Design, QA/QC.
