Hi! I’m a managing director at Aplus Clean and also a property investor who loves to help and get to know other ambitious and friendly people. I founded and own an exterior cleaning and maintenance company in Southampton which specialises in maintaining commercial & domestic properties so they look great, are protected and run smoothly all year-round. We work primarily with Property Maintenance & refurbishment companies, Council & Social Housing associations & Block/ property management companies to work anything from large estates and blocks of flats to houses etc. A large majority of our work is repair and maintenance projects over various locations. We are really excited to have added two Softwashing Vans to our fleet recently to speacialize in cleaning sanitising, Render, Roofs, wood panelling and a host of other surface's. This type of cleaning doesnt not only clean the surfaces but sanitises them as well. Plus, I run a property company working with landlords, investors and joint venture partners and now manage a portfolio of several rooms in Southampton and have also completed over 30 deals in the last few years.
