Communication Design Manager

Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns. Translate client briefs and ideas into visually compelling solutions.

Visual Design: Create and oversee the design of advertising materials, including print ads, digital ads, social media graphics, video content, and more. Ensure that the designs are visually appealing and aligned with the campaign's messaging.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency throughout all materials, ensuring that the client's brand identity is accurately represented in the advertising materials.

Art Direction: Direct and supervise photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative production processes. Guide photographers, illustrators, and other artists to achieve the desired creative vision.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and other creative professionals to develop integrated advertising campaigns that effectively convey the client's message.

Client Communication: Present creative ideas and design concepts to clients, providing clear explanations of the creative choices and how they align with the campaign objectives.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new technologies to incorporate fresh ideas and approaches into campaigns.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are executed within budget.

Quality Control: Review and approve design materials to ensure they meet the agency's quality standards and client expectations.

Feedback and Revisions: Accept and provide constructive feedback to team members and make necessary revisions to creative work as needed.
