Job Responsibility:

Finance & Accounts
	Prepare yearly budget of Mashreq Bangladesh Liaison Office.
	Settlement of all vendors and staff payments and claims.
	Prepare monthly income summary.
	Prepare monthly budget tracking.
	Coordinate with external audit firm for quarterly and yearly audit, cross-check, corrections and circulate the audit report to regulatory authorities.
	Coordinate Mashreq Bangladesh provident fund recognition from regulatory authority National Board of Revenue (NBR).
	Internal reporting to Head Office.
	Obtain incentive and medical insurance approval and timely processing.
	Settlement of vendor VAT & Tax and staff’s income TAX.
	Support in planning business program for clients.
HR Support of Mashreq Bangladesh
	Monthly reporting calendar.
	Joining and resignation process of staff.
	Organogram update and share with Head Office HR.
	Flow chart preparation and data collection for any required task from Head Office HR.
	Salary certificate issuance to staffs.
	Invitation after successful completion of 03 years.
	Staff Tax schedules preparation and TDS challan submission.

Administration 

	Coordinate with vendors for payment 
	Agreement with vendors, update and file maintenance
	Coordinate the formal documentation procedures to obtain renewal of representative office license from Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA).

Relationship Officer

Job Responsibility:

	Maintain books of accounts of the project and ensure smooth functioning of the accounting systems and record keeping of the project.
	Prepare monthly Cash Flow Statement for Pepperoni Limited.
	Accounts payable and aging.
	Ensure the budgetary control. Remind the concerned project personnel to keep the expenditure within the budget limit.
	Fund Management (Cash forecast and cash disbursement), fund requisition and regular correspondence with the respective banks.
	Ensure Tax & VAT deductions at sources as per income Tax & VAT Act.
