Responsibilities/achievements included: 

-Achieving a combined sales total of over 85k, with good quality on over 50% of orders. 

- Playing a significant role by being the bridge of communication between the company and its customers.

-Building rapport with all customers and understanding their requirements to drive personal and collective store sales and KPI targets.

- Negotiating with customers to close sales opportunities and earn personal sales commission along with store team bonuses for target achievements.

- Applying and organising customer's finance on orders. (Creation and V12 finance) 

-  As a Key-holder I was responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies were followed when store management were not on duty or unavailable on the floor.
