•	Managed 20+ new and current accounts in order to ensure customer satisfaction & build business contacts.

Lead daily campus tours for students and families who visit the University of Denver. Provide the inside scoop about life on campus, interactions with professors, study abroad and more.

•       Promoted to one of 15 Territory Sales Managers from 650+ person internship pool. Assisted Regional Manager in leading, managing, and coaching over 20 sales representatives at 6 college markets within Colorado and Wyoming.
•	Led and managed six teams and 20 sales reps to 103% of my goal ($410,000); markets under my management exceed over 125% of goal while contributing to surpassing regional goal of $911,000.
•	Personally sold $27,350 in advertising over a 3 week period.
•	Ranked 2nd among 25 managers across the nation and finished in the top 10% nationally among 650 interns. 
•	Facilitated training to 60+ interns, coached in the field, and motivated sales representatives on a daily basis.  
•	Assisted with the training of Sales Representatives at Sales Foundation Academy at UNC-Chapel Hill, NC.
•	Developed extensive managerial & leadership skills by collaborating with diverse team & encouraging them to achieve sales goals.
•	Developed & implemented a “ride-a-long” schedule in coordination with Regional Manager for the first 10 weeks of the summer.
•	Coached sales teams to ensure most effective approach to prospecting, time, and territory management.  
•	Traveled to different markets each day; responsible for own travel arrangements and business logistics.
•	Handled daily management adversity and personnel issues with tact and diplomacy.

Territory Sales Manager

•	Achieved 120% of $40,000 goal in Golden market (Presidents Club) 
•	Ranked 1st regionally among 45 interns in sales volume and finished in top 1% nationally among 650 interns.
•	Sold print, online, and mobile advertising accounts to local businesses, college planners, and directories.
•	Personally sold $50,000 in advertising in 10 weeks  (national average $12,000 - $15,000)
•	Built relationships with clients through making 30-40 business to business cold call sales daily.
•	Attended the Sales Foundations Academy; week-long sales training in Chapel Hill, NC, to learn many sales techniques and approaches. Enhanced skills in communication, building rapport, management, and confidence. 
•	Asked by management to move to the DU and CSU markets to increase sales among the local teams.
