Coordine las obras en curso e inicie una obra de nuevas oficinas 
Casa Cobre 5700 m2 15 pisos, la encontré sin presupuesto, todos los frentes abiertos sin concluir ninguno, los contratistas si objetivos ni incentivos o penalidades por alcanzarlos, la estrategia de compras inexistente logre diseñar un programa de obra y quedo en condiciones de ser entregada en abril del 23, cumpliendo el plan comprometido.
Obra Move I  (4500 m2) , detecté el contratista producción < 4%/ mes ,  diseñé un plan de producción que permitirá concluir la obra en diciembre de 2023.
Implemente   un proceso de compras, asimismo el uso de Fineganns, vinculé las obras con las solicitudes de materiales. fue muy positivo y dará agilidad a la logística.
Fue una experiencia enriquecedora, pude implementar Scrum en la coordinación de trabajos y a través de los sprints llevar adelante un seguimiento detallado y detectar las mejoras a implementar en cada tarea.
He percibido una avidez por parte de los Juniors por mejorar y capacitarse.
Esta todo para hacerse, colabore en que se inicie el cambio y que se haga, recibiendo no pocas resistencias, pero los resultados aun iniciales, pusieron en evidencia la coherencia de lo hecho y propuesto.

-Consolidar el presupuesto ejecutivo y concluir de las obras iniciadas en el 2015; con un beneficio del 27% después de impuestos directos ( presupuesto por $  28,7millones
-Reducir los costos fijos directos  de obra en 3.5%.
-Puesta en Valor de equipos viales de 6 retroexcavadoras por $370.000 y valor  de inventario de US $ 1.245.000. Reducción de costos de alquiler de equipos a terceros.
-Presentación ante AySA de documentación técnica, Seguridad e Higiene de inicio de obra, relevamientos y cateos en tiempo y forma para el inicio de obra y cobro de anticipo por adquisición de Materiales para dos obras por  $ 42 millones.
-Obra Tendido de impulsión  400 mm ,  9000 mtrs.  ENHOSA,  -  Calle  66 Berisso,  paso de 450  mts/mes a 1100 mts/mes.
