As a Conversational Designer at Jelou, I fulfill the following tasks:

✔️ Define the information architecture in order to structure the conversational experience and the interactions between users, technology and chatbots.
✔️ Create conversational flows according to customer needs and goals. 
✔️ Design interactions between the user and the conversational interface, ensuring that it is fluid and free of friction and unnecessary steps.
✔️ Quality assurance, supporting the review, technical compliance and certification of the final product.
✔️ Team collaboration for the creation of ChatBots on the company's platform: Jelou Brain.

On the other hand, I strongly believe that it is about designing experiences that really connect with people, with their feelings, needs and challenges.

As part of the Yape team, I fulfill the following tasks:
✔️ I receive guideline proposals from the different teams and business specialists and turn them into conversational content proposals.
✔️ I implement the flows and dialogs in our design platform: Flow.ai
✔️ I research, select and propose sentences, phrases or linguistic units to carry out the cognitive motor training process
✔️ I attend research and data analysis team meetings to stay on top of KPIs measurements, performance, overall quality and propose ad hoc improvements.
✔️ I try to share the accumulated knowledge of my career by facilitating workshops and transmitting it to my teammates.

BeBot

I design conversational experiences and help chatbots to find a unique and unrepeatable personality that connects with people. 🫀

In fact, my main goal is to make the conversations align with the purpose and goals of each bot or virtual assistant. This results in an enjoyable, frictionless, and human-centric experience. 

As part of the conversational design team, I fulfill the following tasks:
✔️ I design the bot's identity: its voice and its personality.
✔️ I define main use cases, the theme architecture and the content components.
✔️ I design flows and map integrations with digital services.
✔️ I coordinate the content production and editing with the conversation copywriters team.
✔️ I give and ask for feedback to ensure the quality of my work and that of my co-workers.

Media Marketing Lab

I craft the copy for digital products like websites or mobile App’s. This includes buttons, menus, error messages, and more. This small pieces of text are called microcopy. Also, I work to deliver the messaging of the product from the inside out. To do this I need to understand the user with UX research.

UX Writer

I define the content strategy for the brands, leading and supporting the content squad processes to fit with the brand identity and the users objectives. 

I also fulfill the following tasks:
-I craft the text (copy, microcopy, buttons and CTA) that appear throughout the interface of digital products in order to deliver the best user experience. 
-Establish guidelines for the tone, voice and style in order to ensure the content is clear, concise and useful in every touchpoint of the user journey. 
-Search for insights and findings about the emotions, behaviors and users thoughts.
-Analyze what works and what does not for our content efforts (with the intervention of the analytical team).
-Control the final quality of the content worked by the team in charge: web content, campaigns, contests, APPs, articles, subscription forms, and also the delivery time.
-Optimize the quality of branded content (with the support of the creative team) and its promotion (with the support of the digital media team).
-Attend meetings with the client to follow up on the content strategy.

Content Strategist

-I analyze the communication needs and opportunities of brands in the digital environment.
-Capitalize the business opportunities for the brands, aligning their business objectives with communication ones, based on creative ideas and insights that can be activated with the digital user.
 
In addition, I:

-Develop integrated digital campaigns.
-Create advertising concepts and creative strategies.
-Propose graphic lines and supervise them with the design area.
-Identify opportunities for the design of effective and efficient digital marketing strategies.
-Collaborate in content development with the Social Media team.
-Write content for web sites, fanpages, blogs, Facebook applications and mobile devices, keywords for adwords ads, articles for SEO positioning and web promotional mechanics.
