• Plan and direct the operational priorities, goals, policies, practices and initiatives in accordance with the goals and strategic direction set by the CEO
• Establish metrics and create a tracking system to gauge performance per project and company wide performance
• Create deliverables for a complete onboarding experience for each division of the company 
• Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Executive Management Team to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies
 • Assist the CEO in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment

• Act as the key project manager to all construction projects, including: new construction projects, fix and flips, major additions, and large apartment renovations

• Act as the key project manager to all listing transactions, as well as, new construction developments, fix and flips, and major additions
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to ensure consistency in reporting and performance management across the organization
• Develop consistent workflows for capital expenditures across business segments and operator requests
• Lead the efforts in tracking, monitoring and analyzing capital expenditures, including those related to development and redevelopment projects in order to allow for more informed decision making

• Play a leadership role in Development, Capital Asset Management, business segments and IT / Enterprise Systems/CRM to identify opportunities to improve productivity through process improvement, automation, and implementation of portfolio management tools

• Hold weekly meetings with CEO to review P&L reports, transaction management, and overall performance of the company
• Help develop new opportunities for company growth through managing quarterly client appreciation events, organizing charity drives, and marketing efforts
• Participate in incubator-like brainstorm meetings to help drive the company forward through constant process reviews, competitive research analysis, and long term growth planning
• Help lead the efforts to drive team member success through performance tracking/reporting and providing the proper resources to succeed
• CRM Management; including but not limited to: drip campaigns, action plan build-outs, and efficient workflow processes
• Lead and manage the hiring lifecycle from prospect to onboarding of current and future team members
• Lead the training program for current and future team members
