As Digital Strategist, my role is dual focused in both supporting partners with all things related to digital marketing and analytics, as well as, helping to scale the sales of digital marketing products and services within Niche.

Through a consultative sales approach, we improve conversions, mitigate fraud, and create the optimal payments experience for both merchants and their customers.

Integral in the pilot and build-out of Braintree's targeted outbound sales efforts. Evaluated vendors, established processes, wrote & edited email copy, and laid a baseline for success when utilizing lead generation and drip campaigns.

Work as a member of Panthervision, the sports production component of Pitt Athletics. While with the department I operated professional production equipment in the roles of Replay Operator, LED Operator and live/post production Camera Man. Events included coordination amongst a team in order to set up, operate and strike a host of equipment as well as cooperate to fluidly present live sports to a large and passionate consumer group.

Replay/Camera Operator

As a Strategic Initiatives intern I was exposed to a variety of projects and initiatives.. Projects included vendor management, creation of inner-office promotional materials and the research of different educational software for employee development.

Special project included the research and development of a Human Resources scorecard. The purpose of the scorecard was to organize key metrics creating a 'snapshot' of the state of the HR line of business.
