I am an e-commerce leader with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations. I help brands and manufacturers create and execute a successful strategy for Amazon and Walmart.com, the largest online marketplaces in the world. As the Head of Sales and Business Development at Channel Key LLC, a full-service outsourced solution for your business on these platforms, I lead and grow the agency's sales performance and client portfolio. I leverage my skills and expertise in B2B sales, product management, software implementation, influential presentation, and negotiation to achieve the agency's goals and vision. Previously, I co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of DryCASE, a consumer products company that launched several high-growth products in the outdoor category. I was responsible for the full P&L, planning, organizing, and execution of over 60 tradeshows for various industries, and spearheading the sale of the company to private investors in 2020. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and I have obtained multiple certifications and honors in e-commerce and entrepreneurship, including the Amazon DSP Campaigns Certification and the Master in Entrepreneurship Program with the Small Business Technology & Development Center.
