•	Building, allocating and managing wide-ranging project-based budgets. Through strategic planning and forward-thinking, my budgets came in on or under budget 100% of the time.

Creative Director/Writer/Producer

Conceptualized, created and delivered over-achieving video, photo, graphic designed and animated content for social and digital media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, SnapChat, LinkedIn, and additional targeted sites). 
•	Achieved the unprecedented honor to be WE tv’s Agency of Record for 6+ years, exceeding this client’s expectations for the 150,000+ pieces of content I developed, executed, and delivered.  
•	Created 2,500+ pieces of original social/digital content per month and crafted all post-copy; increasing fan growth and followers by 5+ million and garnering 9+ million TikTok views immediately following the network launch. 

•	Strategized daily to align the art I made with the analytics (views, impressions, trends, comments, shares, interactions) gathered.  Led growth for company-wide social platforms, achieving 185% increase in engagement.

Writer/Director/Producer/Marketer

Headed all creative development and marketing executions for short-form promotional video content, editorial and design across all media platforms (television/social/digital/mobile/out-of-home), driving profitable results and increasing brand affinity. Accomplished increased audience retention and digital engagement; linear ratings achieved highest point in 6+ years, a gain of 48% from the previous year, social media interaction and engagement garnered triple-digit growth up 190%.
•	Managed, mentored, and led a 20 member team, improving overall productivity, performance and attaining 100% staff retention. 
•	Directed A-List talent, including Aretha Franklin, Nick Cannon, Nicole Richie, Michael Strahan and Pearl Jam on live-action video and photo shoots, while overseeing all aspects of set production and post-production.

•	Implemented and improved processes and strategies for multimedia data collection, analytics and analysis, applying insights to drive content performance, optimization, and ROI; directly resulting in an historical 39% increase in social/digital reach and growth, a 148% jump in mobile viewership and an unprecedented 15+ million views for the launch of the series Dating Naked.

VH1 Senior Director of Video Creative, Branding & Strategy

Executed all aspects (writing, directing, producing) of on-air and off-air promos, including branded and co-branded content, affiliate, consumer, and integrated marketing videos for television, out-of-home, social, digital, mobile, and radio spots.   
•	Served as lead creator and executor for the channel president and his senior executive team with respect to corporate presentations such as Advertising Upfronts, Sundance, and TCA. 
•	Chaired all hiring, terminations, and professional development of departmental employees.

Supervising Producer/Director of Video Creative & Branding

Wrote and produced A/V promos for a plethora of genres, including scripted programming, reality, comedy, documentaries, special events, tutorials, and all marketing departments.
•	Devised award-winning brand campaigns for the promotion of televised tentpole events. VH1 Divas had a ratings high with 5+ million viewers, ranking it as the #1 cable show.
