I am a first year MBA candidate seeking a summer internship in sales, strategy or technology. I am experienced in organizing complex problems into implementable solutions. I have led and delivered meaningful solutions in the Commercial banking, Digital, Fraud, Product, Operations and Regulatory areas. Experience: • I started in the banking industry as a teller and a call center representative. These experiences taught me about the customers we served and what it is like to work on the front lines. • I completed an 18-month rotational program in Technology, Operations and Services at Keybank. This experience taught me how to join a team and provide value quickly. • I was a Lead Business Systems analyst within Fraud Technology. I learned how to write business/technical requirements, use Windows SQL, software test and most importantly learned how to effectively communicate between engineers and stakeholders. • I was a Scrum Master within the commercial bank tasked with bringing a digital way to originate wire payments for small business clients. This experience taught me UX/UI design thinking and how to embed design within a technical squad. • Technical Product manager at Laurel Road. I was responsible for ensuring software deployments were successful and communicated to our stakeholders. Additionally, I worked with compliance and underwriting to ensure our products adhered to federal standards.
