With over 15 years of experience in business development, operations management, and cross-functional team leadership, I am the Country Head Romania at Evalueserve, a global leader in research and analytics services. In this role, I oversee the delivery and quality of our services, manage the client relationships and partnerships, and drive the strategic vision and execution of our growth plans, with focus on the European market. Before joining Evalueserve, I was the Country Head and Head of Professional Services, GBS at Vertiv Co. I have an MBA from the University of Sheffield and a degree in International Business from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
