In charge of Allianz Services global employer branding, as part of Allianz Technology, across its GSL and service hubs.

Results:

30+ LinkedIn followers since launch - Q3, 2021, with a click trough rate up to 30% and an average engagement rate of 10%, organic reach

- AI tool concept development for reducing time-to-find talents with 45% and increase the output towards talent attraction and retention while optimizing (external) recruiting costs 

- Employer brand foundation and strategy fully aligned with global business strategy and KPIs

- following the integrated brand strategy and alignment with Allianz SE,  three case studies were showcased in the global EVP 2022 handbook done by Allianz SE

- effective crisis communication during the Russia invasion of Ukraine and People 4 People concept development and implementation, further on taken and integrated by Allianz SE across OEs

During the 4 months spent in Tokyo, since I was selected as an Interim Digital Director and asked to onboard in 2 weeks time, I had the most amazing and soul-filling experience. From fast-forward tapping into the Japanese culture and behaviors, to immersing fully into their fascinating culture, while learning respect towards everything that surrounds us including respect for one’s culture, gratitude, the power of collective, the importance of your own personal space and others’, and last but not the least the importance of contributing to society welfare. As for the results, 40% engagement increase across three different categories of consumers, from transactional to emotional, after only 2 weeks since launch.
