Life is not linear, but comes with ever-changing visions and perspectives. I have never stood still, but have always looked towards new goals and achieved them with determination and passion, be it as a founder, investor, mentor, CEO or even as the mother of two children. After twenty successful years working in the finance and consulting sectors, I took the plunge into self-employment, so that I could put my own ideas into practice. Within just three years, I developed passcon from a start-up to an international company in the anti-financial crime sector, and, in doing so, introduced my own concepts to the company management. In March 2021, I successfully sold passcon. I remain managing director of the company but, in addition, I want to continue to make my knowledge available in the fight against financial crime through my Anti-Financial Crime Academy. I have simultaneously built a brand which I want to use to pass on my own diverse experiences to new, promising founders of companies and entrepreneurs –with my entrepreneurial academy, my book "So geht Erfolg" ("This is how success works") or with my podcast Our country needs courageous investors and entrepreneurs. I would like to continue doing my part to facilitate careers, make dreams come true and to create lasting values
