As an Account Manager, I was responsible for 350+ clients and $1.2 million of annual recurring revenue. 

My role as a strategic partner was to offer solutions that integrated digital products into complex small to medium businesses. In addition, I ensured my clients had the tools to build their brands. As a result, they were able to hit key performance indicators, maximize revenue, and accomplish their goals.

When not managing my clients, I consulted the product team. My favorite contribution was collaborating with a team of Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers. Together, we created a new onboarding process and dashboard used by over 20,000 clients.
