As a liaison between GoChip and local governments, I establish partnerships and facilitate communication. On the business development front, I leverage my networks to initiate discussions with key decision-makers, conduct market analyses, and present GoChip's value proposition. I negotiate and finalize agreements with local governments, ensuring the successful adoption of GoChip technology.

DRRR Disaster Response and Risk Reduction

In my role within the Disaster Risk Reduction and Response (DRRR) Project, I provided strategic leadership, spearheading efforts to bolster sustainability for both the community and environment, with a keen focus on public health. My responsibilities encompassed forging and nurturing partnerships with national and regional governments, fostering seamless collaboration, and engaging stakeholders effectively. I maintained rigorous oversight over project reporting, adhering to Board Director and donor standards. Additionally, I contributed valuable technical expertise, supervising program components, offering training and capacity-building for team members, shaping curricula, and providing crucial technical support, all aimed at fortifying the project's goals of disaster risk reduction, response, and long-term community resilience.

In my role within the Program Dharma - One Health Initiative, I have been instrumental in championing the implementation of a comprehensive One Health approach aimed at fostering sustainable development across communities, animals, and the environment. As part of my responsibilities, I have taken the lead in developing program strategies and managing budgets, while also fostering vital collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders. My role involves providing leadership to a diverse, multicultural team, implementing effective stakeholder engagement strategies, and utilizing data-driven solutions to enhance program efficiency. I have consistently advocated for sustainable projects and policy guidelines, successfully securing funding and maintaining strong donor relationships to sustain our initiatives. Additionally, I have been responsible for reporting on program progress and compliance, ensuring the highest standards of program quality and accountability are met.

World Animal Protection Australia

In my role within the Humane Slaughter and Sustainability project in Indonesia, I played a crucial part in a collaborative team effort that conducted extensive research into the slaughter market chains. Our research had a dual purpose: firstly, to identify key industry players who could drive improvements in products and markets, assisting us in our engagement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, and slaughterhouse owners to secure project agreements. Secondly, we aimed to pinpoint international corporations that could be targeted for a dedicated Humane Slaughter Advocacy campaign. My responsibilities included contributing to the development of a comprehensive project plan and establishing SMART objectives aligned with World Animal Protection Strategic Objectives. 

I also actively participated in team briefings and ensured that all functions and offices were well-represented and fully informed about their roles and responsibilities. In addition, I collaborated with my colleagues to manage the day-to-day operations of the project team, using regular KPI monitoring to address any issues concerning impact delivery and to escalate persistent challenges or risks to the campaign sponsor. Furthermore, I actively facilitated consistent project-level meetings and maintained open communication between the core project team and the larger campaign team.

IFC - World Bank Group

Overview
The International Finance Corporation's (IFC) Program for Eastern Indonesian Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Assistance, or IFC PENSA, is helping small producers in some of the poorest areas in Indonesia. The program is helping coastal farmers make their seaweed production and processing more profitable and their marketing networks more transparent. The project is promoting the growth of a viable SME sector in Eastern Indonesia. It was formally launched in September 2003 and has a 5 year budget of US$25 million and 85 mainly local staff across offices in Balikpapan, Denpasar, Jakarta, Makassar, and Surabaya.

IFC PENSA projects cover six areas, namely business enabling environment; access to finance; supply chain linkages to SMEs in four areas of agribusiness; handicrafts; oil, gas, and mining industry; and sustainable supply chains.
